Kelani October Promo

The works of celebrated African film maker, Tunde Kelani (that’s uncle TK to you!) will be on special offer on the African Movie Channel this October. Watch the internationally acclaimed Thunderbolt, and Campus Queen, and other great Kelani masterpieces like, Ti Oluwa Ni Ile, Agogo Eewo, for only 15 credits, as opposed to 20 credits, representing a saving of 50p per film!

Thunderbolt     Agogo Eewo  Toluwanile

Kelani said of the African Movie Channel back in July 2006, “…I’m inspired by the enormous and still rapidly growing market for African films and distribution channels like the African Movie Channel - a leading outlet for quality movies depicting real and authentic African life. I look forward to presenting my future works on AMC”.

  1. Initially we all embraced it, but what’s the matter with us Nigerians. Just to sustain a good ventures like this. I was highly disappointed to see the same set of films everyday. What does it take you guys to stock up your library with new films. You need to spend money to get money. We are complaining, please give us more new films.

  2. Hi Ola, Thank you for your comment. I’m not sure when you started to watch films on AMC, but new and recent releases, and classics are added every Friday. That has been the case since the online version of AMC launched in May 2007. You can reach the latest additions from the Latest Additions section on the home page. Thanks again.
